Risk and ReputationNedbank Auditorium, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, Wednesday 10th May 2017
The Western Cape NPO Collaboration Dialogue committee cordially invites all ‘for purpose’ sector leaders, decision-makers and professionals to join us at our next meeting, date to be confirmed.
Following the successful meetings we’ve held in the past, the committee has decided to continue with the collaboration dialogues. The committee sees that there is a clear and unique need for information sharing sessions, which was further expressed through the feedback received from the delegate surveys conducted in 2016. Since their launch in 2012, the collaboration dialogues have continued to provide a platform which facilitates for the learning and sharing across our ‘for purpose’ sector. The committee has opted to introduce a fee for the Cape Town chapter of the meetings to cover operating costs. This minimal fee, will go toward ensuring that we reduce any limitations that we previously had and that we improve the registration and the overall experience for all attendees. Nedbank Private Wealth continues to sponsor the Western Cape NPO Collaboration Dialogue to ensure that they are accessible to all organisations.

Nic is the Chief Marketing Officer of BrandsEye (www.brandseye.com). He is also a dad, a surfer and a keen, but unlucky fisherman.
He cut his teeth in ad-land working at Ogilvy in South Africa and the UK. He then went on to be part of the founding leadership team that built and sold a leading African digital agency group (Quirk) to WPP. Today, he is helping grow BrandsEye into a global opinion mining business.
BrandsEye is an opinion mining company headquartered in Cape Town, South Africa. We use a proprietary mix of search algorithms, crowd-sourcing and machine learning to mine online conversation for sentiment and the topics driving that sentiment. We used this technology to accurately predict both Brexit and Donald Trump’s victory, proving that meaningful, predictive insights can be gained from online conversation. We provide accurate opinion data to governments and businesses around the world to help them make better decisions.
